29.5.1919              5G           Braunton               Wedding                A very pretty wedding was that at St. Brannocks Church, Braunton, on Monday, between Mr. Walter J. Butson, eldest son of Mr. M. Butson, South Street, and Miss Beatrice Ethel Mock, youngest daughter of Mrs. Mock, of South Street. The Rev. Prince officiated. The bride was given away by her brother, Mr.. Chas. Mock, and was smartly attired in a navy blue costume, crepe de chine blouse, and grey hat. She carried a bouquet of irises, lilies of the valley, roses and maiden hair fern. The best man was Mr. W. Parsons, of Croyde. A reception at South Street followed the ceremony, and later Mr. and Mrs. Butson left for Plymouth, where the honeymoon is being spent.
