Guadalupe Lupe Elizalde, 71, of Denver, CO., died Sunday in his home following a long illness with cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. Lupe is survived by his wife,
Maria Rosario and children,
Santa, Rosario, Lupe Jr., Thomas and Victor.
Lupe was a longtime resident of South Chicago and Steger, was employed at Sherwin Williams in South Chicago for 38 years. Rosary was held Friday, 7 p.m. at Highland Mortuary, 10201 North Grant St., Thornton, CO., 80229. Funeral Mass was held Saturday, 10 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Thornton, CO.
