Unfortunately, when you go to FamilySearch's page of San Felipe church records (https://www.familysearch.org/search/image/index#uri=https%3A%2F%2Fapi.familysearch.org%2Frecords%2Fwaypoint%2F12503210), the earliest book of marriages begins in 1711. But FamilySearch has erroneously labeled the book that they have as "Bautismos 1666-1726" because this book also contains marriages back to 1666.
